Shipping Policy
We appreciate your patience and understanding and we suggest contacting your package's courier for any delivery questions you may have. If you can't reach to them, feel free to contact us. We will contact the courier and make to you the latest information.
Time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday, within 3-7 business days. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. If items you ordered are out of stock or delayed for shipping we will notify you by e-mail.
Shipping time: This refers to the shipping option you choose and it starts from our handing parcel over to couriers to arriving the destination. Shipping times are based on our best estimate, however, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local custom office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered.In the event of delayed shipments and other problems, we will be the first time to contact you by e-mail or phone, please pay attention to the message! You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
